Terms of Service

Last updated 20 August 2026

These terms cover use of InfiniSync (the data pipelines, dashboards, coaching, research support, and data audit services described on this site). By creating an account, submitting a request, or paying for a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. What We Provide

InfiniSync offers paid data-pipeline, dashboard, and reporting-automation work, free self-paced research-method courses, and paid services including 1:1 coaching, biostatistics and data analysis support, and results-formatting support. The scope, timeline, and price for paid work are agreed with you before work begins, typically after you reach out through the contact form or a research/data-audit request.

2. Accounts

Some features (tracking a research request, taking an exam, accessing coaching materials) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Research & Data Analysis Support -- Your Authorship

For research and manuscript support, you provide your own data and remain the author of your work. We provide analysis, data-quality review, statistics, and results/formatting support -- not ghostwritten submissions. You're responsible for ensuring your use of any deliverable complies with your institution's or journal's policies on outside assistance.

4. Payment

Paid work is quoted per request based on scope. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, currency) are confirmed with you before work starts. Prices shown, where given, are estimates until a scope is agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your own data, drafts, and research. Deliverables we produce for you (analysis output, tables, reports, dashboards) are yours to use once paid in full. Course content and platform materials remain the property of InfiniSync and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.

6. Confidentiality

Data and materials you share for a research or data-audit request are used only to deliver that work and are not shared with other clients. We may reference completed work in anonymized, non-identifying case studies unless you ask us not to.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort, professional basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, a missed publication deadline or funding decision) arising from use of our courses, analysis, or reports. Our total liability for any paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

8. Termination

You may stop using free course content at any time. For paid engagements already in progress, cancellation terms are whatever was agreed for that specific request; we reserve the right to decline or discontinue work that violates these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
